In accordance with the implementation plan of the national project (NP), the Effective CAF User assessment was scheduled for the first half of September under the conditions of the Administration of State Material Reserves (ASMR SR). In the period under review, the final preparatory work for the External Feedback (EF) assessment took place in the form of the completion of the supporting documents for the EF assessment under the conditions of the ASMR SR. As part of the preparations, a final meeting was held before the on-site assessment, during which the functionality of the technical equipment was checked, as were the final instructions for the members of the CAF team and the representatives of the stakeholders.
On 13 September 2022, the EF assessment was carried out in the ASMR SR with a positive result, which will be documented by a report of the external assessors including a points evaluation. At the end of September, the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing, as the national organiser of the implementation of the CAF model at national level, on the recommendation of the team of CAF External Feedback assessors, awarded the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic the title Effective CAF User as of 26 September 2022. This title was awarded to the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic on the basis of the conclusions of the External Feedback assessment, in which our organisation succeeded in the verification of the effectiveness of the self-assessment process, the improvement process and the application of the eight principles of excellence. The title in the form of a diploma will be ceremonially handed over by the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing to the Chairman of the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic, Ing. Ján Rudolf, PhD., in the coming days.
