In the monitored period, the main activity of the project – the implementation of the CAF model – continued in the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter the “ASMR SR”). In the month of May, activities took place in accordance with the approved Improvement Action Plan (IAP) of the ASMR SR. On 12 May 2022, an operational meeting of the CAF team was held in the ASMR SR; subsequently, on 25 May 2022, a working meeting took place in the organisation, the subject of which was the holding of a consultation day with the participation of the trainer/consultant, the guarantor and the methodologist of the CAF model and the CAF team/task holders on the implementation of the activities of the Improvement Action Plan (IAP). After a short presentation by those responsible for the individual activities, the status of fulfilment was updated and the individual tasks defined in the IAP were reviewed. On the basis of the discussion during the meeting on the IAP, the date of the training on the preparation of the supporting documents for the External Feedback was set and confirmed; the training is planned to be held on 9 June 2022 from 9:00 to 17:30 on the premises of Hotel Zochova chata, Modra. After this meeting, in accordance with the Communication Plan, the regular publication of the results of the monitoring of the fulfilment of the IAP to all employees of the ASMR SR was ensured. After completing the training on External Feedback, the ASMR SR will proceed to the preparation of the supporting documents for the External Feedback.
