The Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter the “ASMR SR”) began implementing the national project “Introduction and Support of Quality Management in Public Administration Organisations” in the month of March. In this month, an initial meeting of the guarantor and the methodologist of the CAF team with the external trainer took place, at which the form of cooperation and of the tasks in the implementation of the CAF model in the ASMR SR was defined. Right at the outset, the Plan for the implementation of the CAF model was approved and the publicity of the project was also ensured by the ASMR SR. Within Phase 1, a training on the CAF model for the management of the ASMR SR was organised and held (24 March 2021), followed by a one-day training on the CAF model for the methodologist of the CAF team (25 March 2021). At the same time, in the month of March the documents – the Communication Plan and the Training Plan – were finalised. At the level of the guarantor, the methodologist and the external trainer, a mutual discussion took place on the formation of the CAF team on the basis of the established criteria. In this period, communication between the methodologist, the members of the CAF team and the trainer on the forthcoming two-day CAF training was also ensured. Several in-person working meetings were also organised, and telephone and e-mail communication between the methodologist of the CAF team and the external trainer on all the activities carried out took place on an almost daily basis.
