In accordance with the implementation plan of the national project “Introduction and Support of Quality Management in Public Administration Organisations”, in June 2022 the main activity of the project – the implementation of the CAF model – continued under the conditions of the Administration of State Material Reserves (ASMR SR). In the month of June, activities took place in accordance with the approved Improvement Action Plan (IAP) of the ASMR SR and preparatory work began for the Effective CAF User assessment. Part of these preparations was the preparation and delivery of training on the External Feedback process, which took place at the external premises of Zochova chata in Modra. During the training, the external trainer presented the basic premises of the assessment, recapitulated the planning documents together with the team, and the team also summarised the individual steps of the CAF model implementation process by means of a practical exercise. At the end of the training, the team was informed about the expected course of the preparations as well as of the assessment by the third party itself. In the month of June, on 15 June 2022, a further operational meeting of the CAF team/task holders with the guarantor and the methodologist took place; the subject of the working meeting with the CAF team/task holders was the evaluation of the implementation of the activities of the Improvement Action Plan (IAP), as well as the preparation of the supporting documents for the EF assessment. After the training and the operational meeting of the CAF team/task holders with the guarantor and the methodologist, preparatory work began on the supporting documents for the Effective CAF User assessment, and on 15 June 2022 the ASMR SR sent an application for the External Feedback assessment to the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing.
