In February 2022, the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic (ASMR SR) continued the implementation of the national project “Introduction and Support of Quality Management in Public Administration Organisations”. In the month of February, work continued on the preparation of the Improvement Action Plan (IAP) of the ASMR SR. In the first half of the month, an online consultation was held with the participation of the guarantor, the methodologist, the consultant and the entire CAF team with the aim of commenting on the first version of the IAP. At this online working meeting, all comments on the draft IAP and their subsequent incorporation into the IAP were discussed. In the second half of the month, work took place in the ASMR SR relating in particular to the completion and finalisation of the Improvement Action Plan. The Improvement Action Plan of the ASMR SR was approved by the management of the ASMR SR and signed by the Chairman of the ASMR SR as of 17 February 2022. In accordance with the approved Timetable for the implementation of the CAF model in the organisation of the ASMR SR, the employees of the ASMR SR were informed about the approval of the IAP and step 8 within Phase III – the Improvement Process – was completed.
