In the monitored period, the main activity of the project – the implementation of the CAF model – continued in the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter the “ASMR SR”) under the conditions of the ASMR SR. In the month of August, activities took place in accordance with the approved Improvement Action Plan (IAP) of the ASMR SR and preparatory work was carried out for the Effective CAF User assessment. In the period under review, preparatory work for the External Feedback assessment took place in the form of the processing of supporting documents for the individual steps of the implementation of the CAF model under the conditions of the ASMR SR. As part of these activities, individual points evaluation was initiated, which took place in the organisation from 1 August to 5 August 2022. As part of the preparations, a CAF meeting was held on the consensus points evaluation, on the monitoring of the IAP and also on the preparation of supporting documents for the External Feedback, which will take place in the ASMR SR on 13 September 2022. Within these activities, the preparation of the supporting documents for the assessment was carried out in the form of a Description of the implementation of the CAF model under the conditions of the ASMR SR, a presentation of the organisation and an update of the assessment, as well as the plans submitted for assessment – the IAP, the communication plan and the training plan. The supporting documents for the External Feedback assessment were also submitted to the consultant for an assessment of readiness, on the basis of which the individual documents were consulted and subsequently finalised. All the required supporting documents for the External Feedback assessment were subsequently submitted on time to the main project partner – the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing.
