On 23.05.2012, a working meeting of JUDr. Kajetán Kičura, Chairman of the Administration of State Material Reserves of the SR, and Ing. Marek Vladár, Vice-Chairman of the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter only the “PPO”), took place. At this meeting, the Chairman of the Administration of State Material Reserves of the SR declared an interest in establishing cooperation with the PPO in the area of inspection with the aim of ensuring the transparency of the public procurement procedures carried out at the Administration of State Material Reserves of the SR. The result of the meeting is the establishment of close cooperation between the offices, whereby the PPO will provide our office with assistance pursuant to the act on public procurement, under which it will provide methodological guidance to the Administration of State Material Reserves of the SR and carry out supervision over public procurement procedures.
