In the monitored period, the second phase of the implementation of the CAF model continued in the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter the “ASMR SR”). The owners of the individual criteria began work on drafting the Self-Assessment Report, which is planned to be carried out in accordance with the Timetable for the implementation of the CAF model. In the month of May, the first consultation of the trainer with the members of the CAF team of the ASMR SR on the created texts of the Self-Assessment Report version 1.0 was held, which took place in the ASMR SR on 25 May 2021. The subject of this meeting was the commenting on the first texts of the Self-Assessment Report version 1.0 according to the CAF model. At this meeting, consultations were held with the owners of criteria C1–C9; the owners of the individual criteria were reminded of the need to process the individual criteria/sub-criteria in accordance with the PDCA cycle, and the topic of the need to add evidence to the individual criteria of the Self-Assessment Report was also discussed. In this period, communication between the methodologist of the CAF team and the trainer on the forthcoming activities in the month of June was also ensured. In the monitored period, a series of telephone and e-mail communications between the methodologist of the CAF team and the trainer also took place on all the activities carried out.
