In the month of July, the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic (ASMR SR) continued the implementation of the national project “Introduction and Support of Quality Management in Public Administration Organisations”. In accordance with the implementation plan, the main activity of the project – the implementation of the CAF model – continued in the monitored period. In that month, activities took place in accordance with the approved Improvement Action Plan (IAP) of the ASMR SR and preparatory work was carried out for the Effective CAF User assessment. In the period under review, meetings of the CAF team/task holders with the guarantor and the methodologist took place on 6 July 2022, on the basis of which the status of the IAP was updated. Within the CAF team, a discussion also took place on questions concerning the preparation of the supporting documents for the External Feedback. The organisation prepared and submitted an application for the External Feedback assessment; the Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing confirmed the date of the External Feedback assessment for 13 September 2022. The next steps will take the form of consultations on the prepared supporting documents; the first versions were sent to the consultant for comments. As part of the preparations, consultations took place on the finalisation of the status of the IAP and of the Communication Plan, as well as the study of the first version of the supporting documents for the EF assessment by the consultant, on the basis of which the individual documents will be consulted and subsequently finalised in August.
